As Friends of RX, you will receive our monthly newsletter, unlock a trove of promotions and deals from our participating merchants or partners and also enjoy Friends of RX Member Rate on subsequent bookings.

 

Is RX A Membership?

No, RX is not a membership program. It is a pay-per-use engagement platform where you can explore your interests through experiences and build connections with others within the RX Community.

ABOUT MEMBER RATES

 

What Member Rates Are Available?

There are three-tiered Member Rates available on RX. For any clarifications, please contact Team RX here.

(i) Guest - First time guests on RX (you will be paying at full Guest price on your first chargeable booking on RX)

(ii) Friends of RX - Returning guests on RX (you will automatically unlock Friends of RX price on your second and subsequent bookings on RX upon verified login)

(iii) NTUC Members - NTUC Members holding on to a valid NTUC Plus! silver membership card (you will automatically unlock NTUC Member price upon verified login)

 

How Can I See My Eligible Member Rate On The Experience Listings Page?

You are required to signup or login on RX with a Linkpass account to continue your bookings on RX. Upon verified signup or login, you will be able to unlock and have your eligible Member Rate reflected in the Experience listings.

You will be required to create a new Linkpass account or login with an existing Linkpass account.

For existing NTUC Members, please ensure you sign-up / login using your NTUC Union Membership registered email address.

I Am An NTUC Member But I Do Not See My NTUC Member Rate On The Experience Listing Page

NTUC Members refer to members holding on to a valid NTUC Plus! silver membership card. 

You are required to signup or login to RX with a Linkpass account to continue your bookings on RX. Please check that you are using the email address that is tagged to your NTUC Union Membership and Link accounts. Upon verified signup or login, you will be able to unlock and have your eligible Member Rate reflected in the Experience listing page.

Contacting The Experience Organizer

If you have questions about a booking, please direct them to the organizer using the contact information indicated on the Experience Listing. If contact information is not available, please contact Team RX here.

 

How Do I Retrieve My Confirmation Email If It Was Deleted Accidentally?

Our Team will be able to re-send the confirmation via e-mail within 3 working days. Please contact Team RX here.

What Happens When My Order Is Cancelled Or Postponed By The Organizer?

The Experience Organizer will duly inform all affected participants, usually through announcements via social media or via your e-mail to your Registered Account inbox. For both postponements and cancellations, refund services may be available, and instructions will be communicated.

 

Can I Request For A Refund?

Refunds are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. You may contact the Experience Organizer directly for a refund. Otherwise, you may contact Team RX here to raise a case.

 

I Do Not Live In Singapore and/or Do Not Have A Local Address. Can I Still Purchase Orders Through RX?

Yes, you can! You can purchase the tickets on behalf of another person or as a gift for in-person local Experiences. If it is an online experience, we would be happy to have you logged in and join us virtually.

 

How Do I Place Corporate And Group Orders?

Corporate and group orders are subject to the availability of the respective Experiences hosted by the Experience Organizers. You may refer to the Experience Listing to check if bulk orders are available. Alternatively, you may contact the Experience Organizers directly to make arrangements.
