- Learn to how to cook the mung bean filling from scratch. 
- Learn to how the tasty peanut filling 
- Learn mix colour techniques( use natural color powder)
- Learn wrapping, shaping and decorating each character 
- Steaming method
- Storage tips
- Troubleshooting & fix creation
